A saloon comfortably carries 3 passengers with 3 large suitcases. Travelling with more luggage, skis, a pushchair, golf clubs or instruments? Tell us when booking and we assign a minivan — no surprise charges. Luggage is never charged per item.
Carrying children requires a restraint suited to their age, weight and height. Let us know the children's ages when booking and we provide the correct seat or booster.
Pets are welcome. Small dogs travel in a carrier; for medium and large dogs we arrange the most suitable vehicle. Just mention it in advance.
Airport transfer prices include a waiting allowance for disembarking and baggage reclaim. For city pick-ups the driver waits a few courtesy minutes beyond the agreed time.
Give us your flight number when booking: we track the actual landing time and shift the pick-up automatically. You don't need to notify us, and there is no surcharge for the airline's delay.
We issue proper electronic invoices, essential for deducting business travel. For companies, hotels and professional firms with recurring journeys we set up accounts with deferred payment and a monthly summary.
For departing flights we suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours before for domestic and European flights, and 3 hours before for intercontinental ones. Add the journey time from the routes table and you have your ideal pick-up time — or let us calculate it for you when quoting.
